As a representative of the client in the marketplace, confidentiality, integrity and discretion underpin the search process. The identification of individuals draws on a combination of in-depth research, the sourcing of contacts and end user recommendations.

Once this preliminary phase has been completed, we meet the client to discuss our findings. Having assured the client that all possible candidates for the role have been included in the search, we will agree the individuals to whom targeted approaches will be made. Subsequently we meet the candidates to provide an outline of the opportunity. The client's identity will only be revealed if the candidate demonstrates substantive interest in the role.

Once the initial meetings have been completed, we will present candidate details to the client. Candidate meetings will then be scheduled with the client and, in order to maintain momentum at all stages, we will ensure that we keep both the client and candidates fully informed throughout the remainder of the search process.
