Transition

STS was established at the request of lawyers; our clients and contacts who wanted coaching and facilitation underpinned by specialist legal sector expertise. In their own words, they wanted to work with people ‘who understood our world’. 

The focus is to provide bespoke results-orientated coaching for business facilitation within the legal profession (both law firms and in-house legal teams). STS coaches have all worked in the legal sector and fully comprehend the industry and the associated challenges.
